Breaking News - Prince Charles Postpones Wedding

The top story on Google News at 10:32 Eastern time (from theglobeandmail.com):

"Prince Charles's wedding moved to Saturday"

This is strange, for a top story. Or so I thought. As it turns out, the first paragraph of the story explains its relevance:

"London - Prince Charles will delay his wedding by a day and attend the funeral of Pope John Paul II on Friday, his office announced Monday." (emphasis added) (it's really just a sentence, but in the original it does appear as a full paragraph)

Perhaps GoogleNews is ready to move beyond its Beta version - it's really picked out a diamond in the rough here. Be Aware: These are the types of stories that the Mainstream Media are brushing to the side, but you can count on PositiveMode to bring them to the fore.

I think you need to focus more on the side-stream, not main-stream media. I want stories of 103 year old women who just gave birth to twins, or stories about how a man was swallowed by a gigantic python only to discover the unicycle he lost as a boy inside of said python. I'm sick of this Pope thing. There's been like 2000 Popes already. Just choose another one and move on. Same difference, same silly hat. I thought Positivemode was different, but it appears to just be catering to the main-stream, Catholic-loving, silly hat wearing public.
